My culinary journey began when I was 17, and it was love at first sight.
Over the years, I’ve cooked my way through four different countries and worked in more than ten restaurants — starting as a line cook and growing through every station in the kitchen. From breaking down meats and seafood to mastering handmade pasta, emulsified sauces, and the foundations of classic French cuisine — I’ve touched every flavor and technique.
But my heart belongs to the Mediterranean. It’s where my passion truly shines. I’ve also explored the bold spices and vibrant energy of Pan-Asian cooking, which keeps my menus exciting and full of life. I’ve had the privilege of learning from incredible chefs who shaped my skills and inspired me to lead with creativity, discipline, and heart.
