Merrimack's largest annual fundraiser is coming up!

Enjoy a relaxed day on the links while supporting an organization dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our friends with special needs in Huntsville.

What you are supporting

All funds raised benefit Merrimack’s Happy Headquarters. The program provides arts education, and social and cultural opportunities to people with a variety of physical and developmental disabilities. Your participation in the golf tournament covers tuition costs for families of those with special needs experiencing financial hardship. To date, Merrimack has contributed over $50,000 in tuition assistance to our students. Learn More about Happy Headquarters here.

Day of Event Schedule

9:45 - 10:30 Registration

Your team should arrive at the Ledges Country Club and visit the registration table inside the clubhouse.

We will have Coffee, Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, Fruit, & Bagels for you to enjoy.

New this year! Bring some extra cash for a double or nothing optional game

Mulligans and Power Drives will be available for $25 each at registration (cash and card accepted).

9:45 - 10:30 Enter for Prize Drawings

1 ticket for $10

3 tickets for $20

Buy as many chances as you’d like to win a 75 inch Vizio Smart TV along with several other great prizes!

10:30 - 11 Tournament Briefing

Details about the format of the tournament and game play instructions will be announced for all registered players. After the briefing, head to the hole assigned to your team!

11:00 Shotgun Start

Grab your bag, a drink to go, and be at the hole assigned to you before 11 AM for a shotgun start! Boxed lunches will be waiting for you on your cart to fuel you for a day of great golfing!

Also, be on the lookout for a special hole game along the course, and have cash on hand to play!!

4:00 Tournament Ends, Reception @ Clubhouse

A reception will be in clubhouse with beer, wine, chips, and salsa and a special performance by the Merrimack students.

Prizes along with the chance drawing winners will be announced at this time.

Inclement weather policy

In the event of inclement weather, The Ledges will determine if the tournament will still be playable. If the tournament is cancelled, we will send an email ASAP informing all registered teams of our decision. If you do not receive an email, the tournament is still on!

If cancelled, you and your team members will receive a gift certificate to play a round of golf at The Ledges at your convenience.
